Charles Leineweber - Associate
Charles is a native Oregonian, having spent his entire life in the Beaver State. He graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor's degree from Oregon State University in 2012. He then attended University of Oregon School of Law and received his J.D. in 2016. Though he has now attended both in-state schools, his allegiance lies with the Beavers. Unfortunately, they do not give him a reason to cheer too often.
While in law school, Charles held clerkships for a workers' compensation firm, and the Lane County Counsel, where he assisted in labor and employment matters. Following admission to the Oregon State Bar, Charles clerked for a circuit court judge in Clackamas County, where he learned the ins and outs of effective trial advocacy. Charles joined the firm in 2018 and focuses mainly on Oregon Workers' Compensation defense.
When not working, Charles enjoys the outdoors, sports, traveling, and exploring the local food and beverage scene with his wife.
