Chad Kosieracki - Associate
Chad ventured west in search of something less familiar and a law school degree after graduating from the University of Minnesota. He attended the University of Oregon School of Law and began working for SAIF Corporation as a law clerk. While still in school, he started representing employers before the Workers' Compensation Board. He continued working for SAIF after law school graduation, handling workers' compensation litigation, helping train claims adjusters and keeping them apprised of changes to the law through Board of Court decisions. Chad left SAIF to work for a quasi-governmental risk pool, where he handled their workers' compensation litigation before the Board and Court of Appeals. Over the years, Chad has helped represent employer interests and concerns before the Board, Department of Consumer and Business Services and the Management Labor Advisory Committee. Chad joined the firm in January, 2018, looking to expand his experience in private practice.
In his spare time, Chad enjoys home brewing, traveling, kiteboarding, snowboarding and trying to keep his Russian motorcycle running.
